Dr. Douglas K. Ousterhout, MD, DDS (Dr. O) is one of the best-known pioneers of facial feminization surgery for transsexual and transgender women. He is based in San Francisco, CA, USA. He was a pioneer in the technique of forehead reconstruction which he perfected in the 1990s. He is the author of the book, Aesthetic Contouring of the Craniofacial Skeleton.
