Sysmex Corporation (HQ: Kobe, Japan; President: Hisashi Ietsugu) has signed an agreement with Müller Medizinische Labormesstechnik GmbH, the Central European distributor of Sysmex products, to take over the latter company's sales and support operations for diagnostic instruments, reagents and laboratory information systems for enhancement of their sales and support network there. With this arrangement, its regional headquarters in Europe, Sysmex Europe GmbH, will establish new subsidiaries in Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
