Voden Medical Instuments was founded to meet the needs of the market in the Point of Care segment, becoming the exclusive representative in the whole Italian country of important trademarks like Osmetech Inc., Konica Minolta, Medmira, Avox and Varian Inc. The Critical Care Division has entered into agreement with Horiba ABX and Roche as far as POC projects concerns. In 2006, with the exclusive distribution of StemCell Technologies, Voden Medical Instruments gave rise to a new scientific division that has the goal of providing the researchers with the most innovative technologies in the field of stem cell and cell separation.
