PSF biotech ("the protein structure factory TM") is a Berlin-based private service company in the field of structure-based drug design. The main focus is on structural analysis of proteins and protein inhibitor complexes in order to support hit-to-lead optimization and to provide improved functional insight for drug targets. PSF biotech offers services related to all steps starting from definition of constructs over the production of milligram amounts of recombinant protein up to state-of-the-art structural biology (Crystallography with NMR and Cryo-EM options). A strong biophysics faciltiy (FT-IR, CD, DSC, DLS, etc.) provides internal quality assessment. Since 2000, we combine outstanding scientific skills with industry standards, regarding customer communication, project management, QA and documentation.
