Allegro Bioprocessing Workstations and Plastic Totes use a modular design where four different plastic high density polyethylene (HDPE) tray configurations can be installed within a stainless steel frame.
This approach can be used from upstream through downstream processing and in formulation. The trolley systems can easily be configured for media and buffer preparation, clarification, chromatography fraction collection, bulk formulation and filtration, including inline integrity testing of filters.
Allegro Bioprocessing Workstations occupy a reduced footprint, yet are rugged to ensure Allegro single-use system processes can be conducted reliably and safely. The unique inclination mechanism in the trays maximizes product recovery. Materials of construction have been chosen for optimum functionality in a wide range of process and storage temperatures including freezing. A range of accessories are available to cope with most application requirements.
