Crocodile is a miniWorkstation to fully automate 96-well ELISAs in a footprint similar to a typical ELISA reader.
Fast Start
Wash, waste and reagent bottles are readily accessible, right next to the instrument. Crocodile is ready for startup within a few minutes.
Five built-in functional modules
All typical functional modules for ELISA assays are built into the just 26,5 cm wide housing:
User friendly software
The software of the Crocodile adapts easily to any ELISA protocol. The five functions can be aligned in any sequence, one or several times each (e.g. one to four dispensing steps or multiple washing steps). Setting of each step is flexible and intuitive. Once you have chosen an assay protocol, the screen will show a graphic of the entire assay schedule, as it will be performed by Crocodile.
True walk away automation
The workstation is designed for unattended operation.
Automating your assay with Crocodile will save your time allowing you to perform other important activities and be even more productive. Simply insert the microplate prepared with your standards and samples, choose the assay protocol and leave the work to Crocodile.
Regulatory compliance
Crocodile has been developed and manufactured according to current regulations for IVD devices EC IVDD 98/79. After final assembly, every individual unit has undergone several days of extensive testing and will be accompanied by a certificate of analysis stating compliance with specifications.
