UPLC Sample Injection Modes

Waters On-Demand Webinar

This module will discuss two types of sample injection: Fixed Loop and Flow Through Needle. The topics to be covered include the injection and wash cycles, the advantages of the different injection modes, how to optimize peak area reproducibility and how to minimize carryover.
