Description: : Mouse monoclonal antibody IgG fraction (4D4/H1) obtained by immunizing mice with five Chilean isolates of Yersinia ruckeri (whole bacterial cells). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

Isotype: IgG3.

Storage: Store at -20ºC.

Stability: Stable at least one year at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Applications: This antibody can be used in ELISA (1: 8,000 dilution), Western blot (1: 2,000 dilution), and indirect immunofluorescence (1: 1,000 dilution) assays. Y. ruckeri is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium that shows a variable motility due to the presence of flagella. These flagella are not always observed. Y. ruckeri is the causative agent of enteric redmouth disease (ERM) which is characterized by a chronic or acute enterosepticemia with high morbidity and mortality rates in salmonids and non-salmonids species. Six serovars have been described according to whole-cell serological typing.

Formulation: Solution at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS.
